Subscribe to RSSFlorida Pastor Terry Jones threatened to burn copies of the Koran back in September as part of a publicity stunt, but it wasn't until March 20 that Jones ordered a copy of the Koran to be torched in a portable fire pit.
On Friday and Saturday, attacks by mobs in Afghanistan incited by the burning left at least 20 dead and more than 90 injured.

I'm less concerned about the actions of an admittedly foolish pastor than I am about sharing a planet with a barbaric group of Neanderthals who are ignorant enough to think this act was worthy of the murder of other, innocent people! At least one of the reasons for the pastor's threats to burn a Koran was to bring attention to the factg that large portions of our world are held hostage by irrational Islamic Fundamentalists...a theory that hasn't been diminished by the violence exhibited in this case.
I agree with the thought of the barbic Neanderthals, and let's not leave cair out of this one, they are upset for a simple act, thousands of christains world wide do not riot and kill innocent people when a Holy Bible is burned.
