Toon-Off: Supercommittee deadline

Even though they've been meeting for over two months, the so-called "super committee" isn't any closer to a deal on cutting the deficit as the deadline nears. Congressman need to agree to cut $1.2 trillion from the federal budget over the next decade by Nov. 23, or automatic cuts to military spending will go into effect.
